Start Return/Exchange Process

 

RETURN POLICY:

All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for items purchased on dazedenim.com that are postmarked for return within 15 days of their post marked delivery date. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns received without a receipt will not be processed.

DAZE reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear.

  • Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective
  • Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and / or stains are not accepted
  • Please keep me attached’ is no longer attached to the item in its original form 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if your items have any of the above issues. An invoice will be sent to the customer to pay for shipping the item back to them or their items will be forfeited. 

Returns for refunds are subject to a $10 return label fee which is deducted from the total refund upon processing. Returns requests may opt for store credit, delivered in the form of a digital gift card to dazedenim.com with no expiration date. The $10 return label fee is waived from returns for store credit or exchange. Store credit is provided automatically via email upon delivery of original merchandise back to our processing center.

 

Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of delivery at our warehouse. You will receive an automated email when your return has reached our warehouse, and an additional email when the refund has been credited.

 

Please Note: No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on items marked "FINAL SALE" and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Promotions cannot be combined. If you placed an order during a sale and did not apply your discount we would be happy to apply it after your order has been placed. 

 

Only merchandise purchased from dazedenim.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
