Initiate your return/exchange through our return portal

Put your items back in their packaging.

Include your invoice receipt with your return.

Ship your item back using the shipping label or QR code provided.
- Note your tracking number.
- Once your package is received and your return is processed, we will follow up with receipt confirmation.
RETURN POLICY:
All returns should be new, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for items purchased on dazedenim.com that are postmarked for return within 15 days of their post marked delivery date. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns received without a receipt will not be processed.
DAZE reserves the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear and tear.
- Discoloration, tear, and / or other material deteriorations that occur with use will not be regarded defective
- Items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and / or stains are not accepted

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if your items have any of the above issues. An invoice will be sent to the customer to pay for shipping the item back to them or their items will be forfeited.
Returns for refunds are subject to a $10 return label fee which is deducted from the total refund upon processing. Returns requests may opt for store credit, delivered in the form of a digital gift card to dazedenim.com with no expiration date. The $10 return label fee is waived from returns for store credit. Store credit is provided automatically via email upon delivery of original merchandise back to our processing center.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of delivery at our warehouse. You will receive an automated email when your return has reached our warehouse, and an additional email when the refund has been credited.
Please Note: No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on items marked "FINAL SALE" and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Promotions cannot be combined. If you placed an order during a sale and did not apply your discount we would be happy to apply it after your order has been placed.
Only merchandise purchased from dazedenim.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Domestic Shipping
Orders placed on dazedenim.com are shipped via FedEx 2Day or UPS. FedEx 2Day Shipping has a flat rate of $9.32.
Free shipping on orders of $150+ not including shipping cost. Orders with free shipping are shipped via UPS.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to process before shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number and information.
Shipping cannot be changed once the order has shipped. Order edits cannot be made once the order has shipped. Please note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable for the transportation of item(s).

International Shipping
Daze Denim currently only ships to USA. We are certainly working on expanding our operations to outside the US.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please emails us at customerservice@dazedenim.com and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you to locate your package. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated
